What is a Blueprint?

A Blueprint is an actionable plan for how to implement AI in your team or business.

We sit down with you and your team and look at how the work actually gets done today, including the tools you use, where your information lives, and what eats the most time. Then we find the jobs a computer should be doing instead of a person.

From that, we design your first AI loops (AI-powered workflows that run themselves). Things like "every enquiry gets a drafted reply within minutes", "quotes follow themselves up", or "invoices get chased without anyone remembering to". You end up with a short, prioritised list of exactly what to build, in what order, and what each one will cost in credits.

Then our team builds it. No jargon, no 60-page strategy document. A plan you can read in one sitting, and a team that gets it live. Your Blueprint stays up to date as each piece ships.

How the packages work

Every package includes three things.

Blueprinting sessions. Hands-on working sessions with your team that produce your plan and design your first AI loops or workflows. The team feels included and in control.
Build Credits. The currency you spend on approved build work by the BusyWork Dispatch team, with every request capped before work starts.
The guarantee. At least one AI loop or workflow doing meaningful, measurable work for every $1,000 of Build Credits in your pack, or we keep working at no cost until it's live. Product packs carry their own version: a working prototype within 30 days.

The bigger the package, the more sessions you get, the more credits you have to spend, the more loops we guarantee, and the faster your workload gets transferred to AI agents.

Build Credits

Build Credits are how you get work done.

Build Credits are used for approved BusyWork Dispatch work, including websites, apps, automations, AI agents, internal tools, fixes, improvements, testing, review, and implementation.

As a guide: a small fix or copy change is under $100, a useful automation typically runs $300 to $800, a multi-step agent $800 to $1,500, and product milestones are scoped and capped individually.

Before work starts, each request gets a clear approval cap. You approve the maximum credit spend first, so there are no surprise overruns. If something needs more than the approved cap, we pause and ask before continuing.

Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase.
